How it works
A QR code is a two-dimensional barcode that stores text — most often a URL — as a grid of black and white squares a camera can read. Type your content, choose an error-correction level, and the code is drawn instantly on a canvas you can download as a PNG. The whole thing happens locally in your browser, so your data never leaves your device.
Error correction adds redundancy so the code still scans when partly damaged or covered: Low adds about 7%, Medium 15%, Quartile 25% and High 30%. Higher levels make the code denser but more robust — handy if you plan to print it or place a logo over the centre.
