Line Chart Maker
Paste your data to build a line chart instantly. Use a first column for the x-axis labels and one or more numeric columns for the lines; a header row names each line.
How it works
A line chart connects data points with straight or smoothed segments to show how a value changes across an ordered axis — usually time. Paste your data with the x-axis labels in the first column and one numeric column per line. A header row supplies the line names for the legend, and several numeric columns are drawn as separate lines so you can compare trends.
The chart is live and theme-aware, redrawing as you edit and re-colouring for light or dark mode. Because data can be comma-, tab- or space-separated, you can paste directly from a spreadsheet, then screenshot the result for a report.
Examples
- One numeric column draws a single trend line.
- Several numeric columns draw multiple lines with a legend.
- The first column becomes the x-axis (for example months).
Frequently asked questions
- What data format does it accept?
- Comma-, tab- or space-separated rows. The first column is the x-axis and each numeric column is a line; an all-text first row is used as the legend header.
- Can I plot several lines?
- Yes. Add more numeric columns and each becomes its own line with a colour and legend entry.
- Are the lines smoothed?
- Yes, the lines are gently smoothed for readability while still passing through your data points.
- Does my data leave my browser?
- No. Everything is computed locally in your browser, so your data stays on your device.
